Led by Ray Grimsinger, our queer sangha is a safe gay for all LGBTQIA+(Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual) individuals to gather in community as we meditate, and share our experiences together. These retreats include meditation instruction, silent sitting meditations, walking meditations and unique dharma talks. Despite the center’s title — as far as we know — our favorite Material Girl hasn’t gotten her Shanti neditation there yet.
Mindful Transitions: For the Transgender/NB/GNC Community. Firstly thank you for stopping by and finding out more information about the group. This sometimes can help me unwind enough to sleep. Although we gay from serving the LGBTIQ community, we are not exclusive and we cater to all open minded individuals who are interested in learning the practice of meditation from every communities. We rely on those neditation for work, health, and social life.
